We at Butterfield Building are fully transparent with cost throughout our entire process and work with you to find solutions to meet your needs while remaining in budget.

What does your process look like?

Our process is straightforward. After an initial phone call to discuss your project we will set up a time to meet on site and do a walk through, discussing budget, estimated timeline, and options. Once we know your goals and vision for your space we will send an estimate including a price breakdown for every step of your project. After you sign off on the estimate we begin the design and permitting process, and after we obtain all the necessary permits (if applicable) we can begin construction. You will be kept up to date with all timelines and will be able to relax knowing your project is in good hands.
